Is this happening to anyone else?

A battery pull is helping, but eventually it happens again.

I'm concerned the new update is specifically to help via VOICE dialing, and not normal dialing.

I had the same issue and a battery pull has fixed it as well as the .75 update. I called Verizon to report it and if I decide to call back and report it again I can get another phone (obviously). It is frustrating when it happens because you think the call is not connecting when it actually is.

Exactly. I've done two battery pulls and it keeps coming back. I'm on the leaked update. :/
