Help! I lost my browser icons!

I have hooked my storm up to pageplus and shortly after my browser icons disappeared! I have tried the advanced options host routing table register now, a battery pull and looking at a million different threads for answers. Can anyone help me? On top of it all I am using a MacBook and have no software for my BB

I forgot to mention that the phone was purchased unlocked and I used it for tmobile before I switched to pageplus. I had to call tmobile to have them help reconfigure internet settings....I just used bb desktop software for mac to reinstall bb os5 but still no browser. shows on my appcore list?

Have you called PagePlus and provided them with your T-Mobile account number to have the phone properly provisioned for PagePlus. I believe you may also need to provide the MEID of the phone before everything is ported from one carrier to the other.

I didn't port the number and they flashed the phone before activation. I think the problem I may have is on their website shows that blackberry devices aren't supported or activated. I can't figure out how to register service books...
