    Maybe you have it on mute, but I assume the mute function quits once you end a call. I don't know...

    mute would keep them from hearing him, but not the other way around.

    Just keep walking around asking "can you hear me now"

    Works every time in the movies.

    God I hope one day I have something useful to offer people LOL

    This happened to me today, pulling the battery didn't work or the headset button. Simply just plug your head phones back into the Storm wait a couple seconds and pull it out and the phone will go back to normal.

    Bingo! Thanks, I had to plug the headphones in, make a call, the unplug them during the call. Probably my most frustrating experience in my two months with the Storm.
