    Hi, my first request for help here. I have just returned from a vacation in Italy where I bought a prepaid vodafone sim card with BIS for my unlocked 9530. While there my agent re-registered my device in order to get my browser back. This never happened but as a result I started getting duplicate gmail messages on my phone. One message is received using gmail and one is received using "Unknown". My problem is I don't speak Italian and can't get any help from the Italian Vodafone web site. I am trying to get on their BIS web site to have my pin released. Does anyone know how to contact them to do this?

    Ok here is the solution. I got nowhere with vodafone but the Telus rep who helped me was fantastic. After a discussion about my unlocked phone and Vodafone sim followed by registering my gmail account with Italy he came with this solution: Wipe all the service books off, then reset my gmail password, then resend the service books and bingo - all is good now.
