Here is my problem and it is driving me crazy. When I hit the Contacts while holding the phone upright (with the BB Logo at the top) and all my contact become displayed...I want to find a certain contact so I hit the "show keyboard" button. The keyboard pops up and is in the "suretype mode". I want to find my contact by using "Multi tap", not sure type. How do I get it to switch over?? I have tried everything.
I am forced to turn the phone 90 degrees so the full keyboard will display. Then I am able to hit the letter of the corresponding Contact I am trying to find.
I want to be able to search my Contacts while holding the phone upright and using multi type.
Anyone know how to change this???
