Having trouble editing contacts from my pc. Is there a way to edit contact information without using Outlook???

What trouble are you having? Outlook should be the simplest way unless it's malfunctioning. You could always edit them on your phone and set your DM so that when syncing - what's on the phone overrides what's in your outlook.
