i dont have any applications open and im tryin to use my camera function and it gives me a message that it couldnt open the camera, close other applications and try to re open it.....i dont have anything open and i tried the reboot by pulling the battery out a couple times already...is there something else i can try to get my camera to take a picture? it wont even let me into my albums to view any of the pics that i have in them

try taking the batt out while its one for a min or two then put back in.

ive tried to take the battery out while it is on and while it was off...neither works for me...is there something else i can do?

I started having the same problem today and the battery pull is not working. Does anyone have any suggestions? I need my camera.

I'm sorry that I don't have a solution for you, but I've seen this topic discussed a number of times. If you'll search using a few of the specific words from the error message you are getting, I know you'll find a few threads and hopefully, a solution.

Thanks. I did that. I did another battery pull and it's working now. If it happens again, I will get another phone.

Honestly, I would call Verizon and have it on file that you are having this problem. If it persists then you should inquire about getting a new one.

Press on the camera circle part and see if that works. worked on my curve 8330
