I have a Storm 9500 but am having big problems charging it. The battery ran out yesterday and I've had it plugged into the wall charger overnight but it won't switch on. I've tried it plugged directly into the PC for an hour but it still wont switch on even tell me it's charging.
The PC confirms new hardware is plugged in and I get a solid red light on the berry.
But nothing happens...
When I take the battery out the red light stays on.
Can anyone help as I really need it working today. Thanks
If not too pricey 4 u, i recommend u get extra battery & extended charger. I have b b standard battery & mini extended charger from shop c b. Storm always available.
Sounds like u have a bad battery. If so, get 2.
Don't know much about subject tho. Try waiting 4 another reply &/or calling carrier.
