help with bb storm 9500

my blackberry storm 9500 keeps turning itself on and off all the time ?

what could be causing this ?

Could be a loose battery. Try folding a business card and putting it behind the battery door.

What vers of OS are you running… You could try updating your OS too as well. It’s a bit of a long shot, it’s more then likely the battery and/or the connector(s).

os 5 ive got, i just checked for an update on my os and there is one available so im gonna try and see if it takes it .
