Help with APN internet configuration

hello
i have a blackberry storm, and i followed this guide to have internet besed on the apn configuration of the blackberry, i followed this guide:

mms-working-t-w-unlocked-storm-95xx-107154/and i managed to have the browser activated, i downloaded my carrier service book, and i downloaded opera mini, but i can't have a connection, and every time i input a web page on the blackberry browser it tells me that i don't have enough signal to acces the website, and according to this video apn internet can be possible using a blackberry storm:

is there something i'm missing?
can somebody help me?
