I have problem playing YouTube on blackberry Verizon storm9530 and the firewall cannot disenbaled showing a padlock. how i solve the problem.

Sounds like you have an IT Policy on the device.

If this device is on your employer's BES, then you cannot disable this.

If the device is not on the BES, then look in the How To Forum for the thread titled "Remove IT Policy" and you will find instructions.
