I just received a Blackberry Storm 9530, and i have a question.
I haven't had this issue in the past with other Blackberries, but with this one, it fails to let me put a new theme on it, or change the theme for that matter.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but do you not download the theme, save it to your computer, load it through the "Application Loader" in Desktop Manager, and it should be on the phone...right?

Help would be much appreciated!

That's right. Or you can do it OTA too. Either way should work just fine on the storm.

But that's the thing, it's not working at all! I've been trying to figure out this theme thing for hours (lol) i've done like 7 battery pulls, reset the phone, I really don't know what else to do.The file format is an ALX/COM file (two downloads)
Or is it because the file format shouldn't be like that?

are you sure the theme is compatible with your OS?

what theme is it/what OS are you running it's easy to figure out if it will work or not.

I'm running v4.7.0.148
It's a "Red theme" , all the keys are red, rather than blue
it's not from Crackberry
it's off of a blog i stumbled upon *Probably my first mistake, downloading a theme off a blog*

I'd say try to install with the steps in the bb 101, and if there's an ota try that. if not go back to the blog page and make sure it works with .148

not a problem, i know what a PITA it can be to install themes
