I have installed another email account of mine on my storm. For the life of me I cant figure out how to make this 2nd email account use my custom sound profile. For instance when I have my phone on custom vibrate only, my first email account vibrates, but on the 2nd email account it will make sound. Is there anyway to configure my 2nd email account to use my custom sound profile, of vibrate for everything?

I really dont want to remove this 2nd email account, but it has gotten me crazy stares in meetings, when it makes a sound, instead of vibrate like the 1st email account does.

Go into your sound profile and open up Set Ring Tones/Alerts and you should find your second account listed there. Also check your contacts for custom tones to make sure that you have set them to follow the profile.
