I have an unlocked 9530 and tried to follow the steps to get all functions of Tmobile. When I went to tranfer Tmobile service books to over the verizon's, I got a message of massive tranfer and it wouldn't allow me to do it and now when I tried to do it again my Desktop manager will not show the files on my phone. Could someone help me.
