I have to return my STORM during the 30 day trial. How do I wipe all my sensitive data from it before returning it? Is there a "Hard reset" or something?

Options / Security Options / General Settings / Menu / Wipe Handheld
will remove all your personal data.

I would also dial ##000000 to remove your number from the device.

Is this also the way to "wipe" before an OS install? I'm new to the BB world but am not a moron and have updated for >75>.90>.99>.103 with no issues.

I'm new as well, and I'm still on the .75 (dont feel I need to upgrade yet), anyways, I dont think this is the way. Mainly because this would erase all of your files as well - apps and themes. I think. I will be corrected soon if I am wrong.

No, this way merely removes all user data. The other kind of wipe is done with your computer and a program called JL_Cmder and removes everything, including the OS.

I know you probably won't, but just fyi it's not a good idea to wipe the OS on a phone you are going to return
