New to the blackberry, and i had no issues with anything other than my work email.

How do I get my Novell Groupwise email to forward to my Blackberry. I have done a search and got a few ideas but the whole BIS BES POP stuff has me lost.

If you are not on a company server than you need the BIS option. Just use the setup wizard and fill in the email and password and that's it. I setup 3 emails in around 5 min and all work fine.

If you have a work server you will need a pin from your admin.

How do I know if I have the BIS or BES. At what point do I put in the pin. It asks for my address and password and then tells me it needs more info.
