As many have had the same problem with rim (and Verizon), i've finally gotten my e-mail to come threw on my device. I have bought a storm off ebay in hopes of receiving my e-mail, but sadly when I got the phone I was unable to register a username and password for the device because someone already had it registered.

So my quick fix was my telephone company ((cincinnati bell) there might be other companies that offer it too) offers a program that rim has which is called Unite. My experience with unite has been great. I may get my e-mail a couple of minutes late, but hey it's better then not getting e-mail at all..

The program is really easy to use, just download it... install everything and type your e-mail (have to have your device to register) and then go and make a name on the program and activate the device you are using, then keep your computer on and your receiving your e-mail..
