Geez all these replacements and Verizon tells me that this is not a known issue. I went to the store on Friday and the 2 reps and the store manager seen the dust under the screen. I was advised that I will have to call customer service and they would send me out a new Storm, since they don't have any replacements in the store. The rep told me this is not a known issue and I would be charged if they sent me out a replacement. I would have to file an insurance claim, to which I refuse to do, since this is not my fault. I was advised to call the manufacture. I am getting a complete run around and not liking it one bit.
I called talked to a supervisor and all and they wouldn't even admit that dust under the screen is a known issue. I took the "certified like new" but i'm going to attempt to get a new one again.
