On my 8830WE i had google search as a program. I cant find out how to download this to my phone anywhere. Is this obsolete? I liked simply going to this on my old blackberry and searching the web quickly...

One extra step: Go into your browser. At the screen where you can input web addresses/etc, there's a search box. By default, it will search google.

google news? picasa?

these were apps i could click on and open them up (from my home screen). When i try to "download" them, it simply takes me to the web page. doesnt download anything.

i got maps to work. why not news? picasa?
