Just call your carrier and have them reset it for you.

Click "Forget Password?" on the email setting screen. Then enter either your username or pin and click "Request Password." You should now receive an email containing the information.

I forgot my password for my blackberry.net email. as a result i am unable to download any updates or apps from app world. It keeps asking for the old password which i do not know otherwise i wouild not be here. As a result it is a dead end. this has been going on for quite awhile now. I cannot change the password because i need the old password. I see no other support information on this site except this forum.
