So I tried VZW and they wouldn't do it a manufacturer's warranty replacement so I got fed up and just decided to find a method where I could do it myself. I don't know how many people have seen this video but it works great!
It took me a while because I kept lifting up the whole screen unit instead of just the glass. I used a pick and a credit card to get under the glass and then from that point it was really easy. I just made sure to be very careful at the bottom of the screen to not mess up the electrical connection or whatever it is that's down there.
