where is the flag for this to designate whether a contact is for business or personal? i'm pretty sure it's not in outlook, so what is the blackberry using to filter these files?
edit the contact you want to change, hit bb menu , categories, and check the designation you want. If you go to bb menu and filter while in your contact list you can set new categories as well
ah, so you hit edit to edit the contact, then hit edit again to bring up the extra options like category and attaching a picture. thanks, i wouldn't have noticed that one.
i do now see the categories button in outlook, but that brings up another question. in outlook, there looks to be a dozen or so category options, but on the storm all i see are "business" and "personal". can these be edited/expanded?
