I have a Storm 9530 running 103 (much better than .075). My message indicator shows that I have 1 unread message. I have looked through all the text and email messages and they have all been opened. What's with that. I know this is a minor bug but wtf?:

Did you just look through your actual email folder? If you go to 'Messages' do you see anything? Sometimes a missed call or a visual voicemail will get stuck there.

I also have the same problem, except with a voicemail....I know without a doubt that there is not a new/unheard one, but the indicator wont go away. Ive done battery pulls several times, & cleaned out my voicemail...I dont know how to fix this!......annoying!

You've got to clear your missed calls out of the Messages folder as well.

I had this same problem........


Go to your saved messages folder and look for the unread message. Either read it or delete it.

I am having the same issue. Unread message icon, as well as the (1) by my vzw.blackberry.net account button on my home screen.

Tried battery pull, searched saved folders and no visual voicemail, nothing saved in my vzw folders. Ideas?
