I have been trying to clear the bubbles out from beneath my new film screen protector and I feel like all the pressing on the screen can't be good. Should I worry about it and is there something better to use than a credit card to get them out?

I pushed my bubbles out with the thumbs...I think unless your excessively rough on the screen you should be okay with the clicking..it was meant to click after all

No it's fine. You'll do more screen clicking and pressing in a few days with your phone than with a credit card installation.
