Hey guys, every time i try and back the "database's" up on mt storm, it tells me there's an error. I tried reformatting my device, and reinstalling the software, but it still gives me an error when the little blue bars reach the end! anybody else have this problem??
I've found that all you need to clear is the Pushed Content portion of the browser cache to clear up the error. The Cookie Cache and History can stay if you want to keep them.
this should be posted somewhere prominent...I had this issue back when I had my 8830 and now had it with my storm as well. Another workaround was to selectively backup using the Advanced feature in DM....even then, it will not back everything up but let me do my address book, memos and service books, which was what I wanted to really back up.
