First time poster here and I thought I'd finally jump to a leaked OS .132... unfortunately I'm not able to backup so that's kinda on hold.
I do get the Error backing up database(s) message sure and I've tried clearing the browser cache both on my bb and in DM. It fails specifically when it gets to backing up the WTLS Options, maybe that's just the last bit I don't know. I've even tried clearing out that database under DM>Backup>Advanced unsuccessfully. Also there are no entries in that database according to DM.

Any suggestions?

i am having the same problem too.... even when i go into the add/remove application, I can't see the core software. i can only see those 3rd party software installed.

Go to your browser and go to options (bb menu button)
Clear your cache
Try it then.. If not

Battery pull with cleaned cache and then try it

If that doesn't work try waiting a day and try again. Otherwise

Back up everything but that in advanced backup
