im so sick and tired of people sending me emails and i dont get them till half hour later on my storm, isnt it supposed to be instant? what do i do to make this faster?

You can't. It's not instant. It's only instant for certain types of email account. General POP or OWA conduit emails are set on a 15 minute BIS poll period. You can't change this. It's only instant with GMail, Hotmail, Yahoo, and BES corporate accounts.

is there a way to set up one of your email address that isnt instant to forward to one of your email address that is instant?

I use a standard IMAP account and it is instant or 10-20 second lag.

Gmail does a forward thing for other emails, and you could set it up on the BB device, assuming it does indeed do the instant push.
