Hello! I have a Blackberry Storm 9530 with Verizon. I have 3 email accounts set up on my phone and I would like to set up another one, but the option to Setup an new email account has disappeared for me. I made sure to 'Show All' in case it was hidden and I checked all my folders and everything and I could not find it. Is this because there is some kind of a limit on the number of email accounts I can have set up? Or is there some other issue, and if so, could you help me please?
You can have 11 email accounts including your specific @vzw.blackberry.net email. I would try logging into Verizon's BIS account and try adding it from there.
Apparently, I don't have an account. But when I try to create it, from my phone, I get a message that says "Your account is not accessible via HTML browser. Please use your device to access Blackberry Internet Service." However, when I go to Email Settings, it asks me to log in -- without an option to create a new account.
I'm not sure what to do with that. If they set it up for you at the store, they should have given you the information. If anything I would just call CS and ask them about it.
