hi, im on o2.

when i try to add my hotmail account to my bb by following the setup wizard, after clicking on "i want to create or add an email address" i then get a message sayin "your device is not registered. please register your device again". i have done register now through the host routing table numerous times. i am pretty sure my device is registered as i have service book entries.

Am i missing something?
is there another procedure to add my hotmail account?
any advice would be appreciated. Ty

Try going to mobile.blackberry.com and long on in email set up just need you email address and password.

just encountered same problem , these following steps helped me for my 9800 torch
options>Device>advance options>host routing table>menu button>register now
