Hi. First, what steps have you tried? Tried setting up the email account(s) via your device? Tried using your carrier's BIS website? If the account(s) appear in email setup have you resent service books? Reregistered through Advanced Options->HRT-> Register? That's a start for you... let us know how you fare.
I forgot my password to my BIS account. I keep clicking on the forgot password link and it keeps saying that it has sent me my password but I got nothing. I did the HRT. I went to the service books but when I click on the blackberry button there is not resend.
