    I'm trying to change my reply to address on my BB. When I change it and then enter my password it gives me an error:

    "Your device encountered a problem with this application's server. Select OK and repeat the action to try again."

    I've tried it about 15 times over the past 2 hours and keep getting the error. I'm entering the password correctly, so I know it's not that issue. The email address is a gmail account and I have it on my BB with POP3, service is BIS.

    Try a Battery Pull first. If that doesn't work, resend your service books.

    Batttery pull didn't work. How can I have the service books resent? Will this erase anything on the phone?

    Log into BIS from a PC. The 'Service books' option will be on the left hand side.
