i bought an unlocked Storm 9530 off of craigslist

it says there is no email setup and redirects me to the setup email screen

but it seems as if the previous owners email is still coming to the phone

service books deleted

re registered

still i cannot set up my email and the previous owners emails still coming in

i have searched all over this site it seems as if other ppl are having this problem but none of the fixes ppl have suggested work

can any1 help

edit:
everytime i try from the phone or the computer i get this msg

"We apologize, there was an error trying to access the service. Please click here to try again."

i click try again and same msg

Contact the person you bought the storm from and have them get the device PIN released from their Blackberry Internet Service account.

Once this is done and your data plan is activated you will be able to set up.
