Hi - I'm very new (1st BB) and I have a question that I cannot find an answer to. When I sync my BB to my Office Outlook, it changes the e-mail format of some of my recipients to "Rich Text" and as a result they do not see pictures that I send. I previously had all my contacts set on "Let Outlook decide the best sending format", but after the sync, I sent out an e-mail with pics and about 5 people told me that they did not see them. When I went into the contacts info, I noticed that some of their formats had been changed to "Send using Outlook Rich Text format". How do I remedy this? I appreciate any help!
