I have a problem that every time I receive an email with a video attachment. When I try to open the attachment I get a message that states I can not open this type of attachment on this device. If I resend my service books from the BIS website, I am able to open these attachments with no problems. The problem is that in as a little as a few hours the problem returns and I have to resend the service books again. Any help on solving this would be great.
