I am using outlook express and I do not get all my emails on the blackberry please help, I also tried to sync my outlook address book and it starts to sync then says unable to read application data, please help as I have been trying to figure this out for 2 days now. I am new to the blackberry world.

If you are talking using outlook express with an email account like comcast.net, set outlook express to leave mail on server. Chances are you are pulling the email off the server before you BB has a chance to query the account. Just a thought.
