Ok i just posted this same post about 5 hours ago and im sorry i just dont know how to find it again im still new but please help! I made a vzw blackberry email account to see if the prob wil change but it didnt i cannot get any mail from anyone it wont show up on my phone what can ido??

not saying you're dumb but you have gone thru the email set up on your phone already right?

Your service books probably need to be sent to your phone. Go into your setup menu, select email setup, it'll then connect to your email settings, click on the blackberry button, and select service book.

i did this and i tried sending something to this email account from another one and i didnt get it >.< UGH
