    Hello all. I have been experiencing a very wierd issue. I received an email that says "Activation Server, Action Required". Something about messages not being left on the server, in otherwords I am not receiving my e-mail. Does anyone have any clue on a computer running Vista and email service being Comcast, Where do I go to the settings in the computer to leave messages on the server. Another wierd thing is, all of a sudden I cant log into Verizons BIS site. Someone please help

    In your PC email client, go to the email setup. That will vary by the client. There will be an option to specify how long messages are left on the server. If the PC email client doesn't leave them on the server, and you leave the PC email client running, the PC email client may take the messages off the server before the BlackBerry email client can get them. If that happens, you'll never get the message on the BlackBerry.
