I set my phone up to use IMAP with gmail and now when I reply to an e-mail I get a copy in my Outlook. Is that normal??? It's making me think I'm only sending the message to myself.

I checked it, the solution of accessing the BIS does not make sense to me. I have a BES that I dont have personal access to. Do I need to ask my IT admin to do it for me? If so what should I tell him?

if you have BES you should have BIS too. You just have to go to the site and create the account. it should pull your gmail info from your device and allow you to set it up.

Now it is telling me I already have a BIS account set up and I never did one. Any ideas?
