My g-mail account use to actually delete the messages in my mailbox and on my handheld when I chose to delete on both. However, now, when I click delete on handheld and mailbox it only deletes it on my handheld. Any ideas what went wrong and how to fix it?

log onto the VZW bis portal https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw

and there is a setting there to delete mail on handheld and server, make sure it is checked....
