My storms getting a good amount of dust under the screen. I am not within the 30 days and don't have a warrantee. Verizon won't do anything about the dust will they? And if i bought the insurance would they replace it for dust?
there have been multiple theads on dust under the screen issues, including replacing the storm. Do a search of this site and your questions will be answered. Storms have been replaced for this in the past.
It is defective and you should return it!.. Period. If there is dust AROUND the screen then it's fine.. if it's UNDER the screen and driving you mad.. then they did not "seal" your phone properly.
