I can't get the ringtones I downloaded last night (from crackberry.com) for my Storm to play. The phone will play the default ringtones just fine. Any thoughts? They are showing up in the media app and everything...
Make sure ur sound profile has the ringtone set to play when someone calls you and if you have done this then make sure u save then do. Batt. pull and that should fix ur problems
