Recently (since running OS 4.7.0.103) my Storm has been freezing while I am in BBM or if I put the phone down in Landscape mode i try to shut it off holding the End button buttom but doesnt shut off, Verizon symbol stays up so I do a batttery pull and when It turns back on i see the error message uncaught_exception-net_rim_bbm_qm_peer or net_rim_bb_messageing_app?

Does anyone have any insight as to why this happens or how to fix it?

Uninstall BBM and reinstall it back. Could be a corrupt cod file.

Since Im a newbie, before I mess up my apps, what is the best way to do it, delete it from phone then plug into DM and it will be reinstalled?
