It's probably been asked before, but how do I access the documents folder on the phone? When I plug the phone into my PC I have a documents folder on BB1 and BB2. I can't seem to find them on the phone tho.
When in the Media app on the storm, press the BB key and click Explore. This is the file manager for the storm, just navigate to the documents folder on the device or the media card. If you have documents to go, when you click open in either Word To Go, Sheet To Go or Slideshow To Go, it will bring up the same screen.

When I view my email, I select download attachment ...sometimes it will save, other times it will not? Is there something I am not doing correctly? Is there something about file names?
