    I'm having this problem, but when I go to "Default Services", the only calender option is my email address. Does anyone know of another cause/solution regarding this problem?

    Try in DM going to backup/Restore>Advanced and clearing the calendar entries and then try syncing again.

    Turns out that I just had to install some updates for Outlook (d'oh!).
