    Never noticed this before, so I am guessing this is just on the update. It says that my server status is "Unavailable". How do I connect?

    I had the same problem last night and today. I only received the update notification if I tried to open Media Sync. I deleted MS and reinstalled it from the BB site and I'm not getting the update notification anymore.

    "Server Status" is just for users on BES. If you are not on a business exchange server, you can ignore that function.
