Display is black, but sometimes it works...

Hey guys'n'girls


I own a BlackBerry Storm and used to enjoy it very much.
Unfortunately it fall down and since then the display stays BLACK.

...usually!

But sometimes when I connect it to my computer or charge it the display does what it should do.. it works perfect - for some moments. When it shades it's over and the display stays black and does not come back to live.

Using BBMC I can take captures of it's screen and use it (watching on my PC what the display should show and clicking on my black display).

To solve the problem I tried to wipe it, tried different versions of firmware, tried to pull out the battery and put it back... but nothing helped to solve the problem.

So, I think the display is not broken, because sometimes it does it's job fine for some moments. What do you think? Should I change the display with a new one or could any other part of the hardware be damaged?

I hope you have any ideas, because I have no more ideas left what to do...
