    I have a lock on my phone that works great but takes forever to always to unlock. I tryed to disable the lock but it wont let me its a lighter gray and has a tiny lock on the box were you enable and disable... any help

    then you are a BES user and there is an IT Policy on your phone, you can clear the policy using JL Cmdr, its one of the options.

    it will actually say the policy name in one of the option screens, i think the password or security one, not sure.

    You could just not press the lock button.
