Hello guys,

I have a Storm (unlocked), which I brought from USA and use in Israel (Orange).
Everything works great, but the major and only problem is the dialing from address book. I use it with BES and it is properly activated, while no special policy used on ES.
The problem is, that when I try to dial a number (for example 050-6664354) from address book, it gets "Number Unobtainable". While dialing the same number manually the call is going through.
I tried it with a number of latest OSes, but nothing helps.

Hello,
I am facing the same problem with a Verizon Phone .. Similarly, I have updated it with various versions of OSes to no avail .. can anyone help out?

This might be a long shot, but if you go into the phone, then options, then smart dialing, is the information at the top for country code and phone number length and the like correct for Israel?

just put the countrycode infront of the number...

in the NEtherlands (where i live) is it +31 (region code) (number)

so +31 10 124567
that worked for me!

as above, you can set the phone to do that for you without typing in +31 for every number
