I just got my new storm today in the mail, and I tried to sync it up with my desktop manager, everything works just fine except the media manager, says I need to run it as the system administrator, and then I right click the program and hit run as admin and then it will not recongize the Storm at all.

I am running Windows Vista.

Can anyone help me out.

i was having the admin problem as well and i had no idea how to do that. i didn't know about the right click deal. i will try that and let you know how it does for me

ok i ran it as admin, but now the start button to sync with itunes in grayed out and i can't even click on it. ok, i guess it isn't recognizing my storm either

Yeah I have no clue what to do, I am kinda upset that it is not working. I am trying to add ringtones, and music.

i have no idea either. i was wanting to add my music and i thought the easiest way to do that would be too sync with itunes.
