I am getting an error message when trying to back up my data through desktop manager. The error message just reads "error backing up databases". Has anyone else run into this problem before? If so, how do I go about fixing the issue?

Open browser > menu >options> cache operations and clear all caches, that should sort it

On the same note, if you are DM, you can go to >Backup and Restore>Advanced>Browser Data Cache>Clear
Then just >Back>Back Up
Kind of the routine I'm in. You can just do everything from DM at one time.
